Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have completed your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 hours. Our team will work quickly to get your order picked and packed and sent out to you. Once this has been despatched, you will receive a despatch email with a tracking link. This will usually be sent within 24 hours of your order being placed. Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you until it is delivered.

Your order must be placed before 12pm on the day of ordering to ensure it leaves the warehouse that day, to be with you the next day.

Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day. For example, if you order at 3.00pm a Wednesday, it'll arrive on a Friday.

Please note that delivery dates provided at checkout are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed except for Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.

Orders placed before 12.00pm will be despatched the same day. If you order is after this time, it will be despatched the next working day. 

For example, you order at 2.00pm on a Wednesday and pay for next day delivery -  (Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm) this will be despatched on Thursday next day, which means it will arrive on Friday by 1pm.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We offer a Next Day Delivery service to UK customers only. Your order must be placed before 12pm on the day of ordering to ensure it leaves the warehouse that day, to be with you the next day. You must choose the next day delivery service at checkout.
